Hanna Klimpe, born in 1984 in infamous Oberhausen, is Research Associate at HAW Hamburg. She studied French, philosophy, journalism and communication studies at the Universities of Hamburg and Bordeaux. After she graduated, she completed a joint PhD in Hamburg and Paris, where she examined role play and theatre as a model for freedom of action.
She also programmes and curates websites and blogs since 1999 and worked as a PR and Digital Officer for the Thalia Theatre. Besides, she wrote and writes about culture, feminism and car tests (despite more than 70 driving lessons and two failed exams) for SZENE Hamburg, Financial Times Germany, taz and Courrier International. On her blog l’Antitude she refuses any constraints concerning content production or SEO optimization and celebrates resistance, beauty and champagne. She loves to show off in public with her super smart and creative students.
